Proofenance has implemented world class measures to ensure the security of your account.

However, we understand with this level of sensitive information that there may be times when you need to take immediate action to lockdown your account, for example if your multi-factor authentication device has been compromised.

This means that your account cannot be accessed by anyone including yourself and people impersonating you.

Process

  1. Fill your login email in the form below to inform us that you need to secure your account, or phone us on +442032861107

  2. We will phone you on the number we have on file to confirm this action was submitted by you. This is to avoid any mistakes or misspellings.

  3. Your login will be disabled, and if required any other company logins on your account.

  4. All API requests will be denied, and any other access to your account.

  5. We will discuss next steps with you over the phone, but this can include analysis to determine if any breach took place, and wiping your live account data to ensure PII and sensitive data non-disclosure.

  6. We will then work with you to re-enable your account, restore your data from our air-gapped backups, and ensure you are back up and running.
